Logitech View: Search entire building rather than specific floor

Not sure if this is user-error, a bug or lack of feature, but we have a touchdisplay/RoomMate setup for View for each floor in our building but inter-floor searches aren't available. e.g. whilst on the map for floor 1, a room on floor 2 does not appear in the search which limits the way-finding capabilities for our users.
