Maintenance Mode for Rooms in Sync Portal
We are looking to enable a "Maintenance Mode" for Rooms in Sync Portal that would:
Snooze all errors/warnings in Sync Portal, so no issues are flagged by Sync
Disable the automated ServiceNow tickets we have enabled through Logitech Select
What is currently occurring is we will have rooms that we provision in Sync while work is still being done. When a Logitech device is then offline or not connected in Sync, we will get the auto generated SNow ticket that will stay open until restoration. If we know the room is being worked on, we would want to be able to temporarily pause all Sync/SNow notifications for that room only until it's back into operation.
