Manage Scribes Connected to CollabOS Appliances via Sync Portal

Have received the 'maybe this year' response from Logitech at the past few InfoComm shows - can we please get the ability to manage (upgrade, change transparency modes, etc) Scribe devices connected to CollabOS appliances?

When we deploy a new floor, every single room with a Scribe requires us to connect a local Windows laptop running the Sync app manually in order to configure & update the device. The Scribe is allegedly a fully-compatible CollabOS family member - we can manage Rally cameras, Sights, and everything else in the family - why not Scribe?

Updates for this product are not frequent, but there are plenty of use-cases where a user might ask to have a different level of AR enabled for the Scribe product - right now, there's no way to make this change remotely.

Sync portal management is the first step, followed by a bi-directional API for the device (and all CollabOS devices).
