MK650 / K650 keyboard standard insert key

At the moment the Fn-lock does not affects the LanguageSwitch/Insert key.

Expected: The Fn-lock toggles the LanguageSwitch/Insert key like the F1..F12 keys.

I also suggest to make the LanguageSwitch/Insert key customizable in Logi Options+
