MX Brio FOV Control through v4l2 on Linux

Hi Logitech team, thank you for your great products.

Please add an option in Logitech MX Brio to v4l2-ctl commands the device supports so that linux users can also switch FOV between the supported 65, 78, and 90 degrees.

Currently, it does not have such an option in Camera controls.
