New Meetup 2 User

We are setting up a small meeting room for video conferencing and were recommended a Meetup2. I have managed to mostly set it up and it looks brilliant but I have a few problems.

I have connected to a TV using the BYOD configuration in the diagram and also connected it to WiFi as there are no networking sockets in the room. The room will be hired out so users with be connecting a laptop and software like Teams, Zoom or Meet.

The problem I am seeing is that the HDMI pass through to the TV is not working. A laptop can see a dual screen so it is aware of the Meetup but the TV is showing no signal - yes, I have checked the cables, TV socket etc. I can get the system working using the laptop direct to the TV which is ok but not how it is supposed to be.

The manuals are a bit opaque - I have no idea what LNA is or what the Sync App is for - am I missing out on some sort of configuration menu somewhere? I tried to connect to the Meetup on the allocated IP address with a browser but got no response.
