New "Sync user" Role - "Site Admin" (or a similar) for extended use
Currently the "highest" role before "Owner" seems to be "Sync Admin" which allows alot but not everything. It would be nice with a "Role" that allows a site admin to administer or get access to "Maps" functionality as well as administer licenses to their own setup.
The complexity starts when dealing with multiple layers but if we start my atleast adding the possibility to access the "Maps" function to upload/assign maps for Logi Room / View thats a great start! Later it would be nice to extend that to "License management" for the specific site as well.
As a multi-corporate company, we have over 100 offices world wide with different IT departments, local IT technicians, local vendors and 3rd party resellers of Logitech items in our environment. To help our IT sustain self-service and a health approach to device / site management we would like to see a role that allows them to administer more without having access to the "Owner" tier of functionality!
