Per Device Room Booking Settings

A feature we really valued in Meetio was the ability to override room booking settings on a per device basis. This allowed us to be flexible with individual rooms, even if they were part of the same area.

There are several scenarios where this would be extremely helpful:

• Applying different settings to rooms within the same location

• Temporarily adjusting room configurations for renovations, special projects or events.

Currently our workaround is to create multiple subgroups for different configuration types, but this quickly becomes difficult to manage with multiple office locations, building, floors etc.

We would love to see a similar feature to what Meetio offered make a comeback.
