Personal Webcam Setting Control

We're using the Brio 505 webcam in our office locations. We want to control the FoV of all the webcams deployed in the office to 65 degrees. 90 degrees is too wide for an office location. There are also offices within which we want to change the flicker settings.

We were hoping Sync could be used to send out these settings but it appears this is missing. Can this be added? I'd like the ability to set a default (user can override) or an enforced value (user cant override).

This would lead to a consistent UC experience for our users
