Rally Cam2

We'd like to see a new version of the Rally Cam with many of the same features as the Rallybar camera. These should include full mechanical PTZ auto-framing, presenter and/or speaker tracking and UVC control. The form factor should be around the same foot print as the current rally camera so it could be placed between 2 displays in a large conference room.
