Rally Kits and Taps randomly showing as Disconnected in Sync despite being connected and functioning

Over the last month or so, many of my rooms in Sync will randomly show that the Rally Kit or the Tap (sometimes both) are disconnected. I've gone and checked these rooms most times it happens, and every time I have checked, the Tap and Rally are connected and functioning as should. This sometimes even happens with a Scribe, which as well upon checking is connected and functioning.

For some reason Sync thinks that these devices are disconnected when they are not. It is frustrating thinking that one of my rooms is down when Sync is just lying to me.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?
