Support for an always on HDMI ingest source for the Rally Bar/Rally Bar mini in Android mode

We would like to be able to keep Barco ClickShare devices(or any always on HDMI device) connected to the Rally Bar/mini at all times without our users having to plug it in each time. It allows for neater cable management and for our users to grab the ClickShare dongle from where it lies and plug it straight into their devices for a wireless sharing experience.

This would make it much easier for our users to navigate as less steps is better!
