Sync Device Serial Number Reporting (Running CollabOS)

Simply put, I want Sync to report the actual device serial numbers when I initiate a "data download". It is apparently producing the Firmware serial numbers because I run CollabOS on everything. I am constantly asked to produce reports for hundreds of Logitech devices at a time so changing them all manually is time consuming and unnecessary.
