Sync Portal Hide No Needed Entries

If some new features will be implemented it would be nice if a Owner/ Sync Admin has a option to activate it for the other roles.

As example:

the Rally Board brought the air quality of a room, to get this data calculated a room size is to enter. However the fields to enter the room size are also available if a Rally Bar is enrolled to the room. This cause confusion to the field supporters.

A option to turn on/off features like health status would be nice.

Or also a good option would be if the feature is just shown when hardware can deliver this feature.
