Toggle within Sync to stop camera from going into park/standby mode

When using multiple Rally cameras in Zoom, there is no way to keep an inactive camera from parking itself when switching to the second camera. It is completely distracting and unprofessional when the camera goes into a washing machine spin cycle when it is selected. 😇 When this happens during a class, it is very distracting, and during a board of trustees meeting, its unacceptable.

A software toggle of "Hold camera position when inactive" would solve a lot of complaints and issues across our college campus.
