Update Rally Cam firmware connected to RoomMate from Sync

Currently there is no way to update the Rally Cam firmware when connected to a RoomMate or RallyBar. A technician has to disconnect the Rally Cam from the RoomMate and connect it to a PC to update the firmware. We end up with many disparate versions of the firmware in production.
