Update Windows MTR NUC Images

Since the initial creation of the recovery images for the different NUC REV versions, Microsoft has disabled Windows updates for the OS version used in these images. Therefore, it is necessary to update the images to a later version to ensure they can still receive automatic Windows updates from Microsoft.

Please refer to the links and REV versions below for the articles to update when updating the sources.

The Windows 11 IoT version currently used is 22H2, which has been out of support from Microsoft since October last year.
