Wireless Headsets - Have Bluetooth connect to two device at power on

I have a Zone Vibe Wireless headset and it will connect to my Windows desktop computer and my Desk Phone, and it works beautifully switching back and forth automatically when a call comes in.

Issue - When I power it off then back on, it will only reconnect to my Desktop computer, it will not reconnect to my desk phone without manual intervention.

I have talked to a support tech at Logitech and all Logitech headsets will only reconnect to one Bluetooth device when power on and requires manual intervention for the second device.

I have other branded headsets where they will connect automatically to both devices.

Solution - Have it connect to both devices at power on.
