GROUP remote control is not actioning camera movement, or functions are not working

 If the remote control is not working properly:

• Check remote control batteries.

• Try the controls on the base of the speakerphone to ensure the camera and speakerphone are responding to the functions.

• If you have another GROUP, try the remote control in that unit.

• If the remote still doesn't work properly, contact technical support.
