Logitech GROUP firmware update Information

We support firmware updates for Logitech conference systems on both Windows and Mac platforms.  When a firmware upgrade is available for your camera or speakerphone, you'll be able to download a firmware application tool from Logitech. When you launch the tool, it first upgrades the speakerphone’s firmware, and then the camera’s. 

Check the Downloads page for the latest firmware updates. In addition, we also provide over-the-air updates for customers who allow them, and Windows Update, Microsoft’s tool for automatically updating the Windows operating system, will also provide firmware updates, if Windows Update is turned on.

Note: Before you run the update, make sure the GROUP drivers have been completely installed and aren't in use by other applications.
