My mobile device is not pairing with the GROUP speakerphone for Bluetooth audio

GROUP is compatible with most mobile clients, supporting HFP Version 1.6 and A2DP version 1.2 Bluetooth profiles. Please check your mobile phone or other device’s specifications for compatibility. 

If you are compatible and it’s still not pairing, unplug and plug GROUP again, reset your phone’s Bluetooth settings to the device and try again. Make sure you have the latest firmware on the GROUP system. If you still experience issues, please contact technical support.
