What cables can I use with GROUP?
GROUP ships with a USB 2.0 cable, as well as two 16-foot (5 meter) mini-din cables to connect the speakerphone and camera to the hub. These were designed to provide you the greatest length of cable to meet USB standards at 32 feet (10 meters) all together out of box. We also offer 10 and 15-meter cables if needed to extend length even further:
Please note: While the original 5M cable that is included with Group is bi-directional, the 10M and 15M cables are uni-directional. There are tags on either end of the cables indicating this. Attempting to use the cables without following the tag instructions will result in issues using the GROUP product.
