I Use Sync's EU, French, or Canadian Tenant

Sync won't change quite yet for users of our regional Sync tenants..

We will bring the same new features to our French, European, and Canadian Sync users soon, but do not yet have a date when they will be available.

Until we do, you can continue using the ticket and licensing portals you have been using; they won't go away until we make sure everyone has access to the new Sync features and has migrated over to use them.

We'll notify all of regional tenant users as soon as the new features are available, so stay tuned for an update!
