Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini in USB mode fails to update

• Products Affected:

  • Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini

• Service Provider: Teams Rooms on Windows or Zoom Rooms for Windows.

• Conditions:

  • A small number of units in USB Mode (connected to a meeting room PC) are failing to update. Once the update fails, it automatically resumes normal operation.

• Workaround:

  • Factory reset using these instructions here then retry the update.

• Resolution : Fixed (Jan 8 '25)

  • Devices running CollabOS 1.13.145 or higher will not encounter this issue.
