Rally Bar & Rally Bar Mini Camera “friendly name” is mislabeled “USB Video Device”

Products Affected: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini

Conditions: Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini devices running CollabOS 1.15.B configured for either USB Device Mode or used in a BYOD session while configured for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows (MTRoW) or Zoom Rooms on Windows (ZRoW) will appear to have a USB camera “friendly name” of “USB Video Device” instead of the expected “Logitech Rally Bar” or “Logitech Rally Bar Mini”.  Note: the USB microphone and speaker device names are unaffected.

Resolution/Workaround : Update to latest Windows Update driver once available (See this article) or Install latest Sync App version 3.9.319 (via Sync Portal or manually on the PC) and reboot PC.
