ConferenceCam Connect End of Sale Notice (Europe & China Only)

Following the implementation of the Common Charger Directive in the European Union, Logitech wishes to inform customers that ConferenceCam Connect will be no longer be available to purchase in Europe* effective March 31st, 2025, or while supplies last. Please note that remaining availability will vary by region and by country.

In parallel, due to low demand and expiry of relevant product certifications at the end of 2024, ConferenceCam Connect will phase out in China at the same time.

*Europe including non-EU countries Norway, Switzerland and UK.

Alternative Products:

Customers may wish to consider alternative all-in-one huddle room cameras in Logitech’s B2B portfolio, including MeetUp, the newly launched MeetUp 2, or Rally Bar Huddle.

Warranty and Customer Support:

ConferenceCam Connect comes with a standard 3-year hardware warranty, and the product will continue to be supported by Logitech’s customer support team throughout the warranty period. In the event of any issues, customers may contact support for assistance and questions.
