Introducing an Entry-Level Small Room Solution for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows
At Logitech, we’re on a journey to enable better video conferencing in small spaces. Today, we’re excited to introduce a new, small room solution that’s certified as an entry-level solution for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows. It is preconfigured for easy deployment, delivers a rich experience for Teams Rooms, and makes video-enabling small rooms in these spaces easier and more affordable.
Enhancing Small Spaces for Rich Collaboration
When it comes to video collaboration, smaller meeting rooms are often not equipped or set up minimally for BYOD, which can create an extra burden for employees trying to run a Teams meeting and result in an inconsistent experience between meeting rooms. Our new entry-level small room solution is made for these rooms. It includes everything you need to quickly deploy small meeting rooms for Microsoft Teams.
Components include:
MeetUp 2 with next-gen audio and video: An all-in-one conference camera that delivers exceptional video and audio quality with intelligent RightSight 2 features like Grid View, Speaker View, and Camera Zone; and RightSound 2 features like AI Noise Suppression and AI Echo Suppression.
Lenovo Mini i3 PC: A compute certified for running Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and enabling Teams AI features.
Tap with USB Kit for smaller setups: A touch controller with a sleek profile and 10.1” screen that delivers one-touch join, meeting room control, and HDMI ingest for wired content sharing.
Simple Deployment Meets Versatility
This solution is built with easy, turnkey deployments in mind. Simple cabling connects the MeetUp 2 camera to the Lenovo PC, and a 5-meter USB-C cable connects the Tap controller to the PC, delivering both connectivity and power in a single cable.
You can also easily tuck and secure components away, thanks to versatile mounting hardware. MeetUp 2 includes a Multi Mount for securely attaching the camera above or below a display or resting it on a credenza. The included Compute Mount lets you tuck the Lenovo PC behind a TV or place it on a shelf or cart. Additional mounts are available to secure the Tap controller to a table, riser or wall, saving space and keeping cables organized.
A New Addition to Our Microsoft Teams Rooms Portfolio
This entry-level solution expands our full portfolio of Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions, from small spaces to large conference rooms, and for multiple types of deployments.
For Teams Rooms on Windows deployments, opt for our standard small room solution with MeetUp 2, Lenovo Core Gen 2 compute, and Tap with Cat5e Kit, if you need more flexible or longer cable runs, need to support dual displays in the room, or require additional compute capabilities. Pricing and availability
This new room solution will be available through authorized resellers starting July 2025, at an estimated market price of $2,300 USD in North America, €2,800 in Europe, and $2,200 in other regions*.
