Next Up Recap | March 2025 - Our Biggest Update to Logitech Sync
Thanks to everyone who joined our latest Next Up session, where we unveiled our most significant update to Logitech Sync yet. We covered how Sync already empowers IT teams to manage Logitech devices, gain insights, and enable advanced booking and wayfinding for desks and rooms.
New to Syncâtwo big updates are on the way:
Service License Management in Sync
Previously handled in the Select Portal, this feature will now be integrated directly into Logitech Sync. You can view contracts, manage licensing, and stay on top of your service plansâall in one place.
Support Ticketing in Sync
Support ticket management is getting simpler. While tickets were previously handled in both the Select Portal and Logitech ProSupport, you can now manage them directly within Logitech Syncâstreamlining your workflow and keeping everything in one place.
