Logitech’s May Launch Event: Unveiling MeetUp 2, AI Innovations, and Expanded Services

At our May Launch event, we introduced several updates to our product portfolio, services, and feature sets to showcase how Logitech is redefining engagement and productivity in the workplace. We presented three major announcements: the launch of MeetUp 2, the expansion of our service offerings, and significant advancements in our AI-driven software features. Here’s a detailed look at each of these announcements.

Introducing MeetUp 2

MeetUp 2 is the latest addition to Logitech’s solution portfolio for small conference rooms. With MeetUp 2, we are introducing a range of AI-driven features to the small conference room space, such as intelligent framing with RightSight 2 and crystal-clear voice clarity with RightSound 2.


MeetUp 2 is versatile and can be deployed in a BYOD configuration where employees bring their own laptops to the conference room, or as a USB peripheral in PC-based deployments. It also integrates with Logitech Sync and other management platforms for device monitoring and management. MeetUp 2 even supports digital signage, displaying useful information on the in-room display while not in use through Logitech Sync and partners like Appspace.

In line with Logitech’s commitment to sustainability, MeetUp 2 utilizes PCR plastics and FSC-certified packaging to minimize environmental impact. It’s also built to last, with regular software updates that not only enhance device functionality but also prolong device lifespan.

Software Advancements with AI at the Core

Logitech is constantly enhancing our devices with AI-driven software that boosts team engagement and, ultimately, productivity. We announced several software features that provide updates to device features, performance, and partner features.

RightSound 2

We’re excited to announce the availability of RightSound 2 - a complete overhaul of our AI-driven audio algorithms designed to suppress distracting noises, equalize voice volumes, and eliminate echoes. Android 12

As part of our commitment to minimize our environmental impact, we’ve announced that all CollabOS devices will later have the option to upgrade to Android 12. This free software update extends the security, and compatibility, and helps keep devices in use longer.

Microsoft Multi-Stream Support & Copilot with Intelligent Speakers

In partnership with Microsoft, we announced multi-stream support for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows is coming to Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini. This new feature offers remote participants a more immersive video experience for Microsoft Teams meetings. Additionally, we’re excited to share that all Logitech Teams-certified devices now support speaker recognition and attribution during Teams meetings to provide accurate meeting summaries through Copilot. This feature is available now as part of the public preview on Teams Rooms on Windows release 5.0.111.0.

Logitech Sight Smart Switching

We’re excited to announce Beta of our latest feature for Logitech Sight, called Smart Switching. This feature dynamically switches between the front-of-room and center-of-table camera feed based on the direction participants are facing, ensuring a constant, front-facing view of people in the room. Exploring Logitech’s Service Offering

Recognizing the challenges that IT teams face with managing an increasing number of devices, Logitech’s service offerings aim to deliver a substantial return on investment by boosting system uptime and enhancing performance. We’re excited to announce several programs, features, and options within our services offering.

Collect & Recycle Program

We are launching a program to collect retired equipment & devices from Logitech and third-party providers, including TV screens, computers, and personal devices at the same location. We’re starting this program with early adopters in Europe and North America, and participation is open to all customers.

Logitech Essential Service Tier

For IT teams seeking remote device management, insights, and space reservation, we’re introducing Logitech Essential - a new service tier providing core visibility and control over Logitech devices and meeting rooms. Logitech Room Booking

Following our desk booking announcement last year, we're excited to introduce Logitech Room Booking, available now in public Beta. Now, bookable rooms can be set up through Sync and reserved by employees. Sync Remote UI Access

With our latest feature, Sync Remote UI Access, IT teams have a powerful tool to remotely view and control meeting rooms. For administrators, this feature helps to reduce the need to be physically present in a room to problem-solve. For trusted partners, Remote UI Access can help them to streamline deployments and even provide white glove service to customers.
