Logitech Spot Insights in Logitech Sync

Occupancy Insights

Logitech Spot is capable of detecting people in a room or in an open space with a very high accuracy. Spot can detect people up to 8 meters away. With a detection field of view of 120° horizontally and 100° vertically this translates to a total detection area of 8 by 13 meters.

A mobile installer app lets admins define a specific detection where Spot should actively detect people. This allows it to cover small spaces and open space areas as well and provide high accurate presence detection.  

Health Insights

In the new “Health” tab of Sync Insights, you will see a view of environmental measures and suggested actions to get a comprehensive understanding of the air quality conditions in your indoor spaces. It measures various factors that contribute to healthy room conditions, such as:

• Carbon dioxide levels (CO2)

• Total volatile organic compounds (tVOC)

• Temperature

• Humidity

• Particulate matter

Additionally, you will see a “Health Score” for the room, along with key metrics like recommended break time and recommended seat count, and the duration spent in unhealthy conditions. These insights can help you take proactive measures to ensure a safer and more productive environment for occupants.

Health score

The health score is an indicator of indoor air quality (IAQ) of a room, that summarizes individual scores from various measurements impacting health and comfort of the room’s occupants. Our health score takes values from 1 (at risk IAQ) to 100 (good IAQ) and is based on CO2 concentration, room temperature, relative humidity, total volatile organic compounds (tVOCs) and particulate matter of different sizes (PM2.5 & PM10)
