How do I set up RightSight on Meetup?

RightSight is supported on MeetUp (and Rally, Rally Camera, Rally Bar, and Rally Bar Mini) connected to a Windows 10 (64-bit) PC (or newer) or a computer with macOS 10.14+. RightSight runs as a separate process on the computer connected to your MeetUp.

1. Updating your device’s firmware will automatically enable RightSight. 

   • Note: Before you run firmware updates, make sure your device drivers have been completely installed and your device isn’t in use by other applications.

   • Install the latest firmware for MeetUp from the downloads page.

2. Once the installation steps have been completed, you should now see the process named Logitech RightSight Service (x86) in Windows Task Manager. This means the service has been installed and is running.

3. To toggle RightSight on or off, install Logitech Sync and navigate to your device settings.

   • If your MeetUp is plugged into RoomMate, you can toggle RightSight in the Logitech Settings menu (on-device settings).
