MeetUp 2 with Active USB Cable Quick Setup Guide

Note: This guide is specific to the MeetUp 2 package that includes the Active USB Cable. The standalone MeetUp 2 does not include this cable in the box. 

You just upgraded your small meeting rooms with the Logitech MeetUp 2. Designed to bring premium, AI-driven video and audio to your huddle spaces, MeetUp 2 can be set up within minutes so your employees can start meeting today. 

Unboxing and Mounting

Inside the box, the following is included: 

• MeetUp 2

• Power Supply

• 5-Meter Active USB Cable

• Multi-Mount Components

• Screws and Wall Anchors

MeetUp 2 features a multi-mount supporting three different mount configurations:

• Above the Display - open the multi-mount, attach the adhesive clip, rest it on top of the display and use the attached adhesive to stabilize the mount. 

• Below the Display/Wall Mount - bend the multi-mount into an L-shape and secure it to the wall using the included screws and wall anchors. 

• Shelf Mount - leave the mount flat and place it on a shelf or credenza. 

Quick Cabling and Setup

Once the device is mounted, the physical cabling takes only a few minutes. Simply tilt the video bar down and remove the back panel to access the connection ports. From there, make the following connections:

• Power: Connect the power supply to the device and plug it into a nearby outlet.

• Display: Run an HDMI cable from the designated HDMI-TV port to the in-room display.

• Table Connection: Plug the Active USB Cable into the USB-C port and route it to the meeting table. Position the included table magnet on the surface to hold the cable securely in place by its magnetic bulb.

The room is now fully operational. When employees walk in, they simply plug that single USB-C cable into their laptop to mirror or extend their desktop to the room display. This single connection instantly grants them full use of the MeetUp 2’s camera, microphone, and speaker system for their meeting.
