How do I switch the video conference service provider for my device?

This article will guide you through the steps you need to follow if you need to switch the service provider for your Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, Rally Bar Huddle, Tap IP, RoomMate, Tap IP, Tap Scheduler.

Switching between service providers requires a reset of your device. Toggling between service providers without a reset is not a supported use case. 

1. Follow the instructions here: How do I access system settings on a CollabOS device?

2. Click the System icon.

3. Click Reset Service Provider.*

4. Choose the service provider you would like to switch to.

5. Click Change and reboot to confirm your selection.

6. Click Settings.

7. Scroll down, if necessary, and click Device settings.

*Switching from Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android requires a factory reset of the CollabOS device.
