Does the speed of the computer affect the quality of the picture or is it all dependent on the internet speed?

The video quality is affected by bandwidth, computer speed, and the application. Please check with the application provider to determine appropriate computer and bandwidth recommendations.

Does Rally Camera support USB 3.0?

Yes, Rally Camera is a USB 3.0 device.

Do Rally Camera and Rally Plus support RemoteUI?

Remote UI is not natively available for a standalone Rally Camera or Rally Plus system when they are connected directly to a meeting room PC (Windows or Mac).

Remote UI is a feature of CollabOS (Logitech's operating system for appliances). Since the standalone Rally and Rally Plus are modular USB peripherals and do not run CollabOS themselves, they do not support the feature directly.
