RoomMate's remote control functions not working properly

The RoomMate remote control can be used to control the pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ) functions of Rally or MeetUp cameras, as well as volume control, when used in Zoom Rooms appliance mode.

The Roommate remote control comes pre-paired, however if it becomes un-paired or if the remote is replaced it needs to be re-paired.

To pair the Roommate Remote

1. Press and hold the pairing button (the center button on the back of RoomMate) for 5 seconds to launch Pairing UI.

2. When the Pairing User Interface starts, follow the on screen instructions.  

   1. Pairing will timeout if there is no activity.

Additionally, check the batteries of the remote control and replace them if needed. The RoomMate remote control utilizes two CR2032 Lithium Batteries.
