3. Assigning Service Licenses
Assigning a license enables your service for that room or desk, and the devices assigned to it. Your Rooms and Desks tabs feature dashboards showing the number of available licenses.
If you do not see your Essential or Select licenses available please reach out to our admin team at [email protected]
Licenses must be assigned by an administrator; read-only users will not be able to assign licenses.
To assign Essential, Select, and Sync Plus licenses to meeting rooms, navigate to the Rooms or Desks section.
Select the room or desk for which you want to assign licenses. Make sure you do not choose meeting rooms that already have a license assigned
Click Assign Licenses and follow the prompts
Once you have successfully assigned your licenses, your service features will be activated. If you have linked your Sync account, your advanced software features (such as Insights, Room/Desk Booking, Alerts, etc) will be activated as well.
You're now ready to Add Users to Your Portal
