NEW FEATURES

• Sight is now certified for Google Meet on ChromeOS.

  • With ChromeOS release M138-16295.54.32, Logitech Sight gains full Google Meet on ChromeOS certification, enabling streamlined installation, management, and rich video experiences in supported room configurations.

    • Note: Dual Sight support is not yet available for Google Meet on ChromeOS.

IMPROVEMENTS

• CollabOS

  • The second Sight unit in a daisy-chain setup will now update directly from a Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini when those devices are in Android Mode.

  • In the CollabOS Settings Peripherals interface the Sight peripheral information now includes the Sight serial number.

• RightSight 2

  • Smart Switching is now enabled by default when a Sight or dual Sights are used with a Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini.

  • We've improved our algorithms to detect and avoid framing remote participants that appear on front-of-room displays.

BUG FIXES

• CollabOS

  • Fixed an issue where Sight incorrectly showed an orange dot in LNA > Peripherals > Sight when there was no actual device issue.

  • Fixed an issue where the first Sight in a dual Sight deployment may duplicate people in the field of view of the second Sight.

  • Fixed an issue that caused camera image flickers or pulses in certain lighting conditions, especially in rooms that use fluorescent lights with ballasts operating at a low frequency.

  • Fixed an issue where Sight may occasionally stop functioning and change its LED to orange.
