There are two options for opening a ticket with Logitech Business Support, and which one is right for you depends on the Logitech Service tier you've chosen.
Basic Support
Logitech customers who did not purchase a service plan for the affected device(s) can take advantage of our standard business support by opening a ticket via our ProSupport Form
Select & Essential Customers
Logitech Select and Essential customers should open tickets in our Services Portal
If your business (or the business you are opening a ticket on behalf of) have purchased Logitech Select or Logitech Essential for the product(s) you need help with, using the services portal will maximize your experience and ensure you receive the correct level of support for your service.
