Why doesn't Sync recognize my Swytch?

Logitech Swytch uses the USB-C PC port to transmit data to Sync for enumeration. In some configurations, this port is not utilized. If you are connecting the Swytch purple Y-cable to your laptop, Sync will not detect Swytch.

To ensure Swytch is detected by Sync, please follow the steps in this guide based on your deployment configuration.
