Logitech Tap Family Compatibility Information
Updated May 2025
In this article, you will find current video conferencing platform compatibility information for the Logitech Tap Family.
Room Solutions Deployments
The Logitech Tap Family of touch controllers work in conjunction with third-party video conferencing platforms to operate and control Logitech room solutions, which include Logitech conference cameras and other devices.
Note: PC-based room solutions are video conferencing room configurations that require a dedicated meeting room computer running Windows or macOS. Appliance-based room solutions are room configurations in which the video conferencing platform operates on a Logitech CollabOS appliance, such as Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, or RoomMate.

Note: Certification programs include those offered by certain partners like Microsoft and Zoom, as well as by Logitech, that help ensure a reliable user experience for enterprise-grade video conferencing. Features for the touch controller will vary depending on the platform’s capabilities to support.
*Zoom does not currently have a formal certification program for USB-connected controllers like Logitech Tap. When Tap is directly connected to Logitech Rally Bar or to Rally Bar Mini, they are Zoom-certified as all-in-one room systems.
Logitech has discontinued support for GoTo Rooms, Pexip and RingCentral. Please see CollabOS Release Notes for more details.
