How to book a desk using Logi Tune Mobile
Prerequisites
In order to book desks with the Logitech Tune mobile app you will first need to have a work account associated with your account and connected to Logitech Tune mobile

How to book a desk
These steps will walk you through the process of booking a desk using the Logitech Tune mobile app.
Open the Logitech Tune mobile app on your mobile device.
From within the app click on the purple “+” icon located on the bottom right of the application
You will then be presented with two booking options, select whichever one best suits your needs.
By location and preferences
This will book using your preferences and use your basecamp for the location
Near a teammate
This will look to see if you have any teammates that are at your basecamp and see if there are nearby desks available.
If you select “By location and preferences” you will then be taken to a floor map and suggested location with desks available for you to book. You can change the date and time of the booking using the options at the top of the application. Also, if you wish to see more details on a desk, select it and then swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
If your administrator has not uploaded floor maps yet you will see available desks in a list viewWhen you have found a desk that you wish to book, simply click on the purple “book” button located at the bottom of the booking screen
You will then be taken to a screen where you can choose to notify teammates of your booking. This will alert them and allow them to book a desk in the office at the same time as you.
Once your booking is complete and you have chosen to notify your teammate or not you will get a booking confirmation screen.
This booking will now show up in the Logitech Tune app on the day you selected.
