How to sign in to a work account on Tune Desktop

Prerequisites

In order to gain access to book desks, your administrator will need to set this up in Logitech Sync, Logitech’s management portal. Once you have been provisioned as an end user through Sync by your admin, you can use the email that they have associated with Sync to log in to your work account.

Downloading Tune Desktop

Windows

To download Logi Tune on a Windows PC, follow these steps:

Open a web browser on your Windows PC.
Go to the Logitech website and navigate to the Logi Tune download page.
Click the "Download for Windows" button to start the download.
Once the download is complete, open the installer file.
Follow the prompts to install Logi Tune on your PC.
Once installed, launch the Logi Tune app.

Mac

To download Logi Tune on a Mac, follow these steps:

Open a web browser on your Mac.
Go to the Logitech website and navigate to the Logi Tune download page.
Click the "Download for Mac" button to start the download.
Once the download is complete, open the installer file.
Follow the prompts to install Logi Tune on your Mac.
Once installed, launch the Logi Tune app.

Signing in to Tune

In order to use the Logitech Tune desktop app to book desks at your company you will need to sign in. If you have been added as a desk booking user for your company please follow these steps to associate your account with Logitech Tune on your computer:

Open the Logitech Tune and navigate to the “Home” section located in the top left of the application. From here you will be able to select “Sign in” at the bottom of the application window. If you are not able to see the “Home” section navigate to Settings>Calendar and Meetings>Enable located at the bottom of the applications window.
Note: Signing in will enable both your agenda as well. This will enable you to join meetings all from a single place and view your calendar events directly in Tune.
You will then be prompted to select either a Google or Microsoft work account to Authenticate with Logitech Tune. Once you have made a selection you will be taken to the provider’s sign-in flow and once complete taken back to the Logitech Tune app.
Note: Make sure to check the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy acceptance box to enable the option to select a service provider
Next, you will be taken through the Logitech Tune onboarding flow. This is where you will select a basecamp (your home office) as well as add teammates that you can notify of bookings in the future.
After this, you will be able to access and use desk booking for your company. Please note that if your administrator has not correctly set up your work account in Sync, you may not have access to use desk booking features. Please reach out to your administrator if you encounter issues with this process.

If you do not have access to desk booking or it is not set up for your company, by going through the sign-in flow you will see your agenda added to Tune. In the future, if your company enables desk booking for you it will automatically be added to the app without the need for you to sign in again.

Add Agenda to Tune

By adding your agenda to Tune you will be able to view all of your calendar events in one place and get a one-touch join button for all of your scheduled meetings.

Note: Desk booking provisioned through Sync is not required in order to add your agenda to Tune.

Open the Logitech Tune and navigate to the Home section located in the top left of the application. From here you will be able to select “Sign in” located under “Agenda is not connected” near the middle of the application window. If you are not able to see the “Home” section navigate to Settings>Calendar and Meetings>Enable located at the bottom of the applications window.
You will then be prompted to accept the terms of use and privacy policy and then to select either a Google or Microsoft calendar to associate with Logitech Tune. Once you have made a selection you will be taken through the provider's sign in flow and once complete, taken back to the Logitech Tune app.
After your calendar has been associated with Logitech Tune you will see your calendar events show up in the “Home” tab. You will also be able to join any meetings that have a video conferencing link with a single join button.

Note: If your administrator has enabled desk booking for you then you will be able to book desks in the office. If you do not have desk booking enabled and it is enabled later it will automatically be added to the app.
