Download the Logi Tune Provision Package

  1. Log into your Sync Portal.

  2. Click on System > Bulk Provisioning.

Verify Install:

  1. Go to the Apps List

  2. Drill Down into the Application you just created

  3. Click on Device Install Status

  4. Check for any failed systems.

  1. Go To Devices -> All Devices -> Select the computer the failed and then select Managed Apps

  1. Click on collect Logs and enter the path c:\windows\Temp\Tune.log
