Personal preferences for the Logi Dock Flex allow you to make the device more personalized. You will be able to change settings like, custom away messages, showing your agenda, and changing the wallpaper. In this article, you will learn how you can change your personal preferences on a Logi Dock Flex.
Prerequisites
To access and make changes to Logi Dock Flex personal preferences you will need two things.
You will need to have Logi Tune installed on your laptop

You will need to be signed in to an account enabled for desk booking.
See here for instructions on how to sign into a work account.
Have Logi Dock Flex connected to your laptop via the USB cable.
Changing Personal Preferences
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to change personal preferences on Logi Dock Flex. Note that these preferences will only be used by Logi Dock Flex when you are connected to your laptop and checked in.
With your laptop connected to Logi Dock Flex and Tune running and logged into your work account your first step to changing personal preferences will be to open the Logitech Tune app.
Once the app is open, on the “Devices” tab, find the Logi Dock Flex and click on it.
Once open you will be able to change the following settings
Brightness
Wallpaper (Coming soon)
Away message
Privacy mode
Language
24 Hour time
Preference Definitions
Brightness: Refers to the level of brightness of the Logi Dock Flex screen.
Wallpaper (Coming soon): Will allow users to change and personalize the background of Logi Dock Flex during a booked session.
Away message: This is a message that will be displayed during a booked session if the user has disconnected their laptop or put the laptop in a locked state.
Privacy mode: Allows users to make their agenda private so that meeting names are not visible on Logi Dock Flex.
Language: Gives users the option to change the language of Logi Dock Flex.
24-hour time: Gives users the option to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats.
