Be able to modify Anti-flicker camera's settings while in appliance mode

We need a way to change camera Hertz from 60 to 50 because we have several Rally Bars that we use for events in different countries, according to Logitech's support this is only possible when the Bar is in USB mode and it does not persist when switching back to Android/appliance mode
