Hearing Augmentation Audio Output

We often find that we we need to add an audio DSP or to use non-Logitech hardware to enable us to provide a mixed (near-end and far-end) audio output to a hearing augmentation system. It would be good if it was possible to have an output that mixes the microphone and speaker feeds (either analogue or USB based) that can be adjusted in Collab OS that allows us to meet government regulations for accessibility.

We use Teams Rooms, and we know we currently can take an additional audio feed of the far-end audio via the USB-A on Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini (doesn't work on Rally Bar Huddle), but only when used as a peripheral for MTR on Windows. We'd like to send both near-end and far-end to hearing augmentation system,. (would also work for recording solutions).
