Offline firmware updates

We would like an offline solution for resetting/updating conferencing equipment, and not an incremental update process. Most recently, we had several Rally Bars that required a fair amount of work to bring up to date.

Connecting to a remote network to update CollabOS is difficult for a variety of reasons, and the time committment to do incremental updates feels like it should be unnecessary.
