Sight customizable focus

It would be great to have options to configure the Sight focus, such as:

• Focus only the people that talks. Currently, it ALWAYS focus the last 4 participants that spoke at some point, this leads to situations where initially everybody talks socializing meanwhile the real meeting starts and then for 1 hour only the manager or presenter talks.

• If no one talks at some point for a period of time it should switch the focus to the whole room

• Camera zone for Sight

• Support for Grid view
