How does the silent firmware update work on Zone Wireless 2 ES and Zone Wired 2?

1. Set up Logi Tune and personal device management in Sync as per this article (Check ‘Setup’ section).

2. Publish Updates from Logitech Sync as per this article (See ‘Publishing Updates’ section).

3. New firmware will be automatically installed when the headset is not in use to prevent interruptions:

• Zone Wireless 2 ES: Installation will occur when the headset is turned off.

• Zone Wired 2: Installation will occur when the headset has been idle for 5 minutes.
