Why does my Zone Vibe Wireless headset fail to update the firmware?

If your firmware update or other over-the-air (OTA) updates fail multiple times, please make sure that you are not in a call or in the middle of a meeting with the headset. We highly recommend keeping the device idle during firmware updates.

NOTE:Music streaming is allowed but it might take a longer time to complete the update.
